Shipping and Refund Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If your order is expecting delays, we will notify you as soon as possible of the changes. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please contact our customer service if there is a change to your shipping address before shipment.
*Address changes are not permitted once our factory has shipped your product.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Pre-orders and Reservations
All pre-orders and reservations for future delivery of a ROKiT Life product are fully refundable as long as the amount paid as a pre-order or reservation has not been applied towards a purchase of a ROKiT Life product.
To request a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. We will email you the return address for each product.
Friendly Note: Please be sure to read the attached user manual and follow the instructions to use this product. Please send us a photo of the defective part(s) of the product you received.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In 7 days, you do not have to provide any reason for the return. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.
Beyond 7 days, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
