How to replace the lenses for your solos smart glasses?

You can watch the video or follow the following step:

Step 1

With the back of the frame facing up, apply gentle pressure along the edge until the lens is free of the frame.

Step 2

With the front of the frame facing up, align the lens on one side of the frame, then slowly press the other side into the frame along the edge of the lens.

Step 3

Repeat the above operations on the other side to complete the replacement.

Are the glasses frames water or sweat-resistant?

Yes, the frames is IPX4 water-resistant smart sunglasses. They’re protected against sweat and splashes of water.

Can the lenses in ROKiT EYE Q Frames be replaced with a prescription?

Yes, but ROKiT EYE Q doesn’t offer prescription lenses as an option for EYE Q Frames.
If you need prescription lenses for your EYE Q Frames, please take the front frame to your optometrist to replace the standard lenses with prescription ones.

What is the battery performance of EYE Q audio glasses?

In typical usage, the battery lasts up to 5-8 hours of music playback. Battery performance varies with the content played and the volume at which it is played.

Can I control the volume on the temples?

For solos audio glasses: You need to adjust the volume on the phone, there is no volume adjustment button on the classic collection solos.

Do EYE Q smart audio glasses support Wifi?

No. The wireless connection for EYE Q smart audio glasses is Bluetooth only.

What is the range of the Bluetooth performance of EYE Q smart glasses?

The Bluetooth connection for ROKiT EYE Q smart glasses is capable of stable operation at up to 30 ft (9 m).

How many devices can pair with EYE Q Audio glasses at once? What happens if I have several Bluetooth-enabled devices in my house?

ROKiT EYE Q Audio glasses can be connected to one device at a time.

What is the purpose of the multi-function button?

When listening to music and audiobooks, the multi-function button allows for play (single press), pause (single press), track forward (double press), and track backward (triple press).

When there is an incoming call, pressing the multi-function button once will answer the call and double pressing will reject the call. During an active call, pressing the button will end the call.

The button is also used to power off ROKiT EYE Q smart glasses. Simply press and hold the button until you hear the power off tone, then let go to turn off the device.

How can I access my voice assistant with EYE Q smart glasses?

Long press for 2s and release the button after hearing a prompt tone of “Di” to turn on voice assistant. Click to exit voice assistant.

Can I make phone calls with ROKiT EYE Q smart audio glasses?

Yes. A call can be answered and ended by pressing the multi-function button once.
