Warranty & Return
ROKiT ensures to the original purchaser that the ROKiT product shall be free from defects in craftsmanship and material under ordinary consumer use during the applicable warranty period specified in the 'Warranty Period' section below, subject to the exemptions listed below.
This warranty is ROKiT's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not accept, nor allow any individual to accept for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our goods.
The warranty period for ROKiT products is 12 months. In each case, the warranty begins on the day the initial consumer purchaser acquired it. The sales receipt from the first consumer acquisition, or some other legitimate documentary verification, is needed to determine the commencement of the warranty period.
ROKiT will substitute (under ROKiT's obligation) any ROKiT item that does not function during the relevant warranty period because of fault in craftsmanship or material. A replacement product takes over the remaining warranty of the original product.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on ROKiT's product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
ROKiT's warranty does not cover:
·Misuse, abuse, modification, damaged by accident, or use for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in ROKiT's current product literature.
·Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility
·Any product purchased through an online auction house.
·The battery cell unless the battery cell is fully charged by you within seven days after you purchase the product and at least once every month thereafter.

ROKiT guarantees that you will be delighted with products bought straight from rokitlife.com. If for any reason you are not content with your new ROKiT item, just let us know within 30 days. The free returns policy is only applied to replacements. If it isn't the product quality issue, customers need to pay for returning it back to our office. once we receive the product and verify its validity, we will refund you the order amount apart from the round-turn shipping fee.

To be eligible for the 30-day return policy, please ensure that:
You have purchased the item from rokitlife.com. You get in touch with ROKiT and initiate the return procedure within 30 days of the original delivery date. The product must be sent back in its original packaging, with all components included, in new or like-new condition.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received the refund, please firstly check your bank account again. If it was paid by credit card, once the the returned product is received, we will credit the refund amount to your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
After then, you can contact your credit card company for officially posted refund within a few days. Nextly, please just contact your bank. If you've done all and still never receive any refund, please just feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Goods bought from a third-party retailer.
